Overview
This personal portfolio project focused on redesigning the website of a local flower shop to create a more modern, clear, and user-friendly experience while keeping the shop’s existing visual identity. The goal was not to change the brand, but to reinterpret its colors, typography, and overall feel in a more contemporary and structured design.
The process began with a review of the current website, where usability and navigation issues were identified. A short competitor review was also conducted to understand common expectations for florist websites, such as clear product presentation, easy access to contact information, and visually appealing seasonal content.
Based on these insights, a new visual direction was developed through a moodboard that defined the color palette, typography, and overall tone. Several layout concepts were then created and refined into a final design that focuses on simplicity, improved readability, and clearer information structure.
